Forns & Spooks; Happy For No Reason
Today at lunch, I said the stupidest thing: “forns and spooks”. Of course, I meant to say forks and spoons. It seems really lame now, yet it brings a smile to my face.
In other news, I had a moment today where I was completely content. I mean, I was actually smiling for no reason whatsoever. I laughed as I said to my sister, “I’m so happy right now – and I don’t know why!”
Maybe my moment of pure happiness had something to do with the awesome roast beef panino that I had at Viccino’s Pizza today. Mmm…it was so damn good. I wouldn’t be surprised if having that sandwich again causes me to experience that wonderful moment of happiness.
Near Death Experience
My cousin and I almost got killed by a guy who was zooming in reverse in order to get a prime parking space. What’s ironic is that he was actually looking out of his rear window. And he still almost hit us! If his tires hadn’t been screeching, I would probably be in the hospital right now. Thank God for small favors.
I don’t think my cousin or I will be jaywalking again anytime soon. Yes, we were jaywalking. Whatever, the guy almost hit us!
