Chicagoist says that I should give Folie à Deux by Fall Out Boy a try, and so I will.

I finally did a good listen to Snow Patrol’s A Hundred Million Suns and I gotta say…Gary sounds tired. Despite that, it’s still a solid album from the band. Final Straw is still my die hard favorite.

I still haven’t given David Cook‘s self-titled “debut” album a good listen, but I can say that I don’t dislike it. I may actually like it very much. At this point, I still think his self-produced stuff sounded better, but stuff happens when you get Idolized. Let me say this, though…I didn’t like “Light On” until I saw him perform it on SNL. Note to David Cook…go on tour ASAP because I think your strength totally lies in performing live. And lay off the guyliner!!

‘Tis the f’ing season, so I find myself listening to holiday music, especially during wrapping paper sessions. Thanks, the Lite! Mannheim Steamroller’s Carol of the Bells really puts me in the Christmas mood! LOL

With 2008 ending soon, I have to do my soundtrack of the year…how f’ing cheesy. But you know you love it. Stay tuned.
